Clare Reddaway’s story walks have proved to be a popular new way of exploring Clifton, mixing facts and history with freshly written fictions. This weekend Clare is leading all of her story walks again – perfect if you missed one first time round! This is the second of her walks and is about soldiers and priests, innovators and craftsmen, picnickers and tea. The walk starts at Clifton Library. It goes up to Christchurch Green and over to the Catholic Cathedral, passing by Clifton College before returning to the library. The walk lasts 1 3/4 hours. There is a slight slope and uneven ground.
This walk was originally created for Clifton LitFest, 2023. The walk starts outside Clifton Library at 2.30pm and last for 1hr 45 mins. Tickets are priced at £10 and available on line using the link below.
