Tai Chi Shibashi for health and well being. Shibashi is a gentle flowing exercise routine which is both a joy to do and deeply relaxing which improves balance, breathing and flexibility. As before if you would like to contribute, we are suggesting a £3 donation – all proceeds go to the Clifton library. Suitable for all ages and abilities. Can be performed seated. This is the last session before Easter. Keep your eyes on the website or the noticeboards in the library for dates in April.
