Tai Chi Shibashi for health and well being. Shibashi is a gentle flowing exercise routine which is both a joy to do and deeply relaxing which improves balance, breathing and flexibility. This is the last of our February sessions. Our next sessions are 5th and 12th March. As before if you would like to contribute, we are suggesting a £3 donation – all proceeds go to the Clifton library. Suitable for all ages and abilities. Can be performed seated.
