Illustrated talk by David Parker; ‘Secrets of the Moors’ – Discovering the West Country

With spring in the air, the days getting longer and hopefully warmer, it’s the time start thinking about getting out of the city and into the countryside. But where to go for a day’s walking? David Parker has made many TV programmes about walks in the West country, and tonight he will be showing clips from programmes he has made about The Mendip Hills, the Somerset Levels and Exmoor that will offer some ideas about where to enjoy the countryside on our doorstep, and how to get the most of the secrets these places hold.
